Description
This easy Buffalo Chicken Wrap recipe is spicy, creamy, and packed with flavor, offering a satisfying meal in under 30 minutes. It’s perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a grab-and-go lunch.
Ingredients
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
pinch of salt
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup Blue cheese or Ranch dressing
2 cups Romaine lettuces, chopped
1/2 cup carrot, shredded
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Slice the chicken breasts into long, thin strips.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Add the chicken strips and let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, add the marinated chicken strips and cook for 4-5 minutes, until they are no longer pink.
While the chicken cooks, lay the tortillas flat and spread a thin layer of dressing on each.
Layer each tortilla with lettuce, carrots, avocado, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Place a few chicken strips down the center of each tortilla.
Roll the tortillas tightly, like a burrito.
Serve immediately with extra hot sauce or dressing on the side if you like.
Notes
For a quicker meal, use rotisserie chicken. To prevent soggy wraps, spread the dressing first and layer with cheese to create a barrier. Serve with a side of extra hot sauce or dressing. You can also use corn tortillas for a gluten-free option.
