Description
A creamy, no-bake chocolate cherry cream pie layered with graham cracker crust, smooth chocolate pudding, cherry pie filling, and whipped topping. Perfect for holidays, birthdays, or anytime you need a stunning dessert without turning on the oven.
Ingredients
8 Honey Grahams, finely crushed
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling, divided
2 packages (3.9 oz each) chocolate instant pudding mix
1 1/2 cups milk
2 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a medium bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until evenly combined.

Press mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.

Bake crust for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.

Spread 1 cup of cherry pie filling over the bottom of the cooled crust.

In another bowl, whisk together pudding mixes and milk for 2 minutes until thickened.

Gently fold in 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping until smooth.

Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the cherry layer in the crust.

Cover the entire top of the pie with the remaining whipped topping.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Garnish with the remaining cherry pie filling before serving.
Notes
For a deeper chocolate flavor, substitute dark chocolate pudding mix.
Use sugar-free or fat-free versions of pudding and whipped topping for a lighter pie.
Make ahead: Can be prepared 1 day in advance and stored covered in the refrigerator.
Freeze without top cherry layer, then thaw and garnish just before serving.
