Description

This Tangy Dill Pickle Cream Cheese Spread is the ultimate party appetizer! With the perfect balance of creamy, tangy, and crunchy, this ridiculously easy dill pickle dip comes together in just 10 minutes with only a handful of ingredients. It’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser that everyone will ask you for!

Ingredients

Scale

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

2/3 cup dill pickles, finely diced

1 1/2 tablespoons pickle juice (from the jar)

1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped

Salt, to taste

Red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, place the softened cream cheese.

  • Add the finely diced dill pickles, pickle juice, and chopped fresh dill.

  • Using a spatula, mix and fold the ingredients until they are fully combined and uniform.

  • Taste and season with salt if needed. For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.

  • For immediate use, serve with your favorite dippers. For a firmer consistency and the best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Soften the Cream Cheese: For a smooth, lump-free dip, make sure your cream cheese is fully softened to room temperature before mixing.

Use Crunchy Pickles: Finely dicing crunchy dill pickles (like from the refrigerated section) provides the best texture.

Chill for Flavor: Letting the dip chill for at least 30 minutes allows the flavors to meld together for a more delicious result. The dip tastes even better the next day!
